Immerse yourself in the sun-soaked flavors and timeless traditions of the Mediterranean at Pèppoli, nestled within The Inn at Spanish Bay.  Drawing inspiration from the vibrant landscapes and fresh, local ingredients of the Mediterranean, each wine pairing and course reflects a modern interpretation of the region’s rich culinary heritage. From bold, sun-kissed flavors to seasonal, artfully prepared dishes, this dining experience, prepared by powerhouse lineup of chefs, captures the warmth and vibrancy of Mediterranean cuisine.

Ayesha Nurdjaja, the James Beard-nominated chef of Shuka and Shukette, brings her vibrant Middle Eastern and Mediterranean-inspired flavors to the table. Maria Loi, known as the "Queen of Greek Cuisine" and a global ambassador of Greek gastronomy, shares her mastery of authentic dishes. Marc Murphy, chef, restaurateur, and TV personality, lends his refined approach to Mediterranean comfort food. Stephanie Izard, James Beard Award winner and Top Chef champion, showcases her inventive global flavors with a Mediterranean twist. Pastry chef Caroline Schiff, acclaimed for her innovative desserts and James Beard recognition, rounds out the meal with a sweet celebration of the Mediterranean’s culinary traditions.
